Job Title: Office Administrator

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred
  • Administrative Assistant Experience (2 Years Minimum)
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Meticulous with an elevated level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Use good judgment and decision-making in a variety of work-related situations.
  • Use of office equipment including but not limited to mobile and landline telephones, computers, fax machines, printers, copiers, and other basic office equipment.
  • Valid CPR & First Aid Certification
  • Valid Ohio Driver’s License with no more than six points on the driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Knowledge and use of Sandata {Electronic Visit Verification – EVV} Systems
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in processing payroll with QuickBooks
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Job Duties & Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to the following):
  • Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and meet strict timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Assist in event planning and coordination.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff.
  • Greets clients, and staff at the front desk, and ensures that they receive the best in customer care.
  • Coordinates supply orders while ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Coordinates and oversees site-related projects.
  • Follows up to ensure that all DSP {Direct Support Professional} work sites are maintained in a safe and functional manner.
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, orientation, and monitoring of ALL DSP staff
  • Updates and maintains staff tracking system.
  • Responsible for staff record keeping.
  • Responsible for planning and implementing our staff recognition activities.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Prepare and process Bi-Weekly or Monthly payroll for staff and other agencies.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the Sandate (EVV) system relating to the staff/client, schedules, time punches, and billing, etc.
  • Must manage all confidential matters with discretion and follow all HIPAA guidelines.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the ADDS, Federal, and Ohio State Law
  • Managed schedules and timesheets for staff and clients.
  • Create required documentation forms as they relate to the Ohio ISPs for each client.
  • Provided Direct Care Support when no other staff is available when necessary.
  • Work closely and effectively with the Director of Operations, and other Area Managers to ensure communication.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: 8:30 am to 5 pm (Monday – Friday)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

DSP Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure the health and safety of the individual
  • Document services provided during the shift
  • Encourage self-help activities
  • Document any Incident reports
  • Communicate with supervisor about concerns or activities completed/need completed throughout the shift verbally and within staff communication log.
  • Perform functions such as shopping and community out outing
  • Accompanying client to scheduled communities’ activities, meetings, and other appointments as requested
  • Transporting of individual to community out outing other errands as requested
  • Perform additional services requested by the individual or their service team that may improve their quality of life, health and safety within the community

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language.
  • You must have a vehicle while on duty
  • Valid Ohio Driver’s License
  • Driving record – with no more than 5 points on your driving record
  • Proof of automobile insurance
  • No felony convictions
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Criminal background checks (BCII & FBI – depending on residence in Ohio or other states).
  • Proof of CPR and First Aid certification
  • DODD Eight Hour Training Certification
  • Additional training, once an offer of employment is made.
